SoapMaker 2.x Re-Installation and Re-Registration

If you have replaced or repaired your computer, and want to re-install your old SoapMaker 2, you will need to:

• Have a backup copy of your original SoapMaker 2 installer (SMInstaller2.x.exe).
• Have a backup copy of your database of recipes, etc.
• Request a new serial number using the form below

If you are installing on Windows Vista or later, you will also need to download the SoapMaker 2 User's Manual...

Note: There are known issues with the old SoapMaker version 2.x on the newer versions of Windows. We can no longer provide technical support for version 2, and the program is no longer available for download. You can purchase the latest SoapMaker 3 at special upgrade prices and enjoy all the new features and improvements.

Installing SoapMaker on your new (or repaired) computer

If you still have your old installer, follow these steps:

1. Run the installer - when you first open SoapMaker after installing it, it will begin a new 30-day trial.
   
   
2. Make a note of the Personal ID displayed in the Welcome screen when SoapMaker first opens. This number is your personal computer's internal identifier, and will be needed for re-registering SoapMaker on your new (or repaired) computer.
   
   
3. Restore your database from your backup copy.
   
   
4. Fill in the form below to request a new serial number to register SoapMaker on your computer.
