If you have a problem or question about SoapMaker, please try the following:

Make sure you have the latest version of SoapMaker: 3.4.6
(Click here to download it).

NOTE: If you still have the old version 2.x (purchased before March 2009), see Version 2.x Support instead.
Check your SoapMaker Help menu for answers.
Browse through the Knowledge Base. There's a good chance your question has already been answered.
